Order & Collect is ATÜ Duty Free's new brand for its online pre-order system.
How can I access Order & Collect?
It can be accessed via phone, tablet and computer at www.atudutyfree.com. It will also be available on iOS and Android systems as a mobile application in the future.
Where is Order & Collect valid?
You can place a pre-order in our stores at Izmir, Ankara, Bodrum-Milas, Gazipaşa-Alanya airports.
How long in advance can an order be placed?
2 hours before flight.
Where will orders be delivered?
The designated delivery locations for Order & Collect are selected cash registers of stores on the relevant floors in Ankara, Izmir (A2 for Arrival), Bodrum and Gazipaşa.
What products are available on Order & Collect?
The main product groups are perfume, make-up, skin care, accessories, chocolate-candy. The products are shown live from the relevant store's stocks. Alcohol and cigarettes are not shown due to legal regulations.
How will possible price changes be reflected in the order?
It is stated in the user agreement that the store prices will be taken as the basis.
